“Minuteman was incredible to work with when my team was looking to buy polo shirts! Great company, excellent pricing, quality products and lovely staff. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially small businesses, looking for promotional material.”

Direct to Film DTF Heat Transfer
This decorating method alternatively prints onto a transfer film which is then applied using an industrial grade heat press. This type of decorating process is widely used in apparel and accessory decorating because it allows for very low minimums (often 5 piece), so it’s great for fill-in needs.
Heat transfer is also more price competitive when multiple colours are used in the same image, and running multiple images together in the same order (left chest and full back for example can both fit onto a transfer sheet). Heat transfers don’t require an embroidery digitizing cost.
It’s ideal for adding unique names and numbers to sports apparel, and limitless colour digital printing options. This decoration method is extremely durable and long lasting, typically lasting as long, if not longer than direct screen print. With heat transfers you can also decorate unique items often too difficult to direct screen print or embroider, like shoes, bags, hats, koozies, coolers, and more.
Embroidered Apparel
This is a traditional decorating process where thread is stitched directly onto a garment or accessory. Whether it’s a logo on a shirt, or a letter on a jacket, custom embroidery is a great way to embellish most apparel with a high-end looking logo. Embroidery gives a classic and professional look and feel combined with long lasting durability. Pricing is usually determined by the number of stitches in the logo and the number of pieces being embroidered. Embroidery has been the preferred choice of decoration for corporate apparel and uniforms but due to limitations with fine detail, colour blending, and higher price points, direct screen printing and/or heat transfer technologies are competitive alternatives.
Silk Screen Printing
This decorating process utilizes inks applied directly to your garment or accessory by pressing the ink through a mesh screen. Each colour within a design requires its own screen. This decoration method comes with some great advantages over embroidery because you can create high-end designs with exceptional fine detail, shading and gradients of colours you can’t create with embroidery. You can also incorporate many different effects into your logos including, but not limited to, distressed patterns, foil, glitter, pearl, puff and glow in the dark. Screen print pricing is usually determined by the number of colours being used, the size of the image(s) and the number of items being printed with the same custom logo. Direct screen printing is typically most price competitive when dealing with large volumes, 72 to 144 pcs or more.
